1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and gk2 (the "Company") governing your use of the gk2 website and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, and slots. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the gk2 platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the gk2 platform immediately. We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to gk2 is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only).
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or under a voluntary ban.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and KYC verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on gk2. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — is a violation of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances therein.

Account Security Obligations

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gk2 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Do not share your password or access credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when offered to add an extra layer of protection.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gk2 supports fast, secure financial transactions through Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services and bank transfer options. All monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. gk2 does not accept deposits from third parties or anonymous sources. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically processed instantly. Deposits made via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or other bank channels may take up to one (1) business day. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to successful KYC verification and bonus wagering requirement clearance. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the same name as your gk2 player account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• gk2 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳20,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following general bonus rules apply across all gk2 promotions unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit has been confirmed and processed.
• A wagering requirement (rollover) must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each promotion is displayed at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated terms.

• Attempting to defraud gk2 or other players through collusion, exploiting software bugs, or any other means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using gk2 to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your registered account.
• Any form of abuse directed at gk2 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gk2 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, video streams, audio, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of gk2 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any gk2 content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gk2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the gk2 platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, gk2's aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

gk2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the gk2 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
